How to apply:

Step 1: Choose the package and register for the offer.
Step 2: Email scanned copy of Business Registration and American Express® payment authorisation form to smspack@xgate.com. This is to accept the agree payments to XGATE to be charged using the American Express® Gold Business Card only.
Step 3: Upon all documents being validated and approved, XGATE will send an email with login and password to Applicant.
XGATE will allocate SMS sending credits after payment confirmation.
Step 4: Applicant can proceed to setup SMS campaign, upload contact lists and ready to broadcast/launch campaign

Terms and Conditions:

All payments must be settled in full with American Express^® Gold Business Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Card"), in order to enjoy the Offers.
Pay HK$200 to get 50% extra SMS credit or HK$500 for 2x more SMS credit (“Offer”) is valid from Aug 19, 2020 to Dec 31, 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
To enjoy the Offers, all payment must be settled in full with the Eligible American Express Card within the designated Promotion Period.
This offer is not eligible to applicants that already have a login account/ existing customer of XGATE.
SMS Sending credits cannot be exchanged, refunded, or credited towards other services offered by XGATE.
SMS sending credits can only be used for local SMS. The length of message will pre-determine the number of SMS required to send out for each campaign.
The consulting service helps applicants looking to transform their current traditional marketing approach. XGATE consultant will assess applicant’s business setup, operations and existing systems to provide a feasible solution based on applicant’s budget to assist defining their digital transformation strategy. Applicant may choose from any of the topics below on the consulting service: Search Engine Marketing/ Facebook & IG Social media management/ WeChat & Tmall marketing in China/ CRM & Loyalty Management/ Multichannel marketing (SMS, Email, Social & Web)
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and are non-refundable. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or voucher. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

SMS發送額度只適用於本地SMS發送。SMS訊息的長度將影響每次發送的SMS總數量。
諮詢服務適合有意尋求轉變現有傳統業務營銷方式的申請人。XGATE顧問將評估申請人當前的業務範圍，運營方法及對現有系統作出分析，從以根據申請人的預算客製化營銷方案，打造最合適的數碼營銷轉型策略。申請人可挑選以下不同的營銷策略：搜尋引擎行銷、Facebook和IG社交媒體管理、中國微信和天貓營銷、客戶關係及忠誠度管理、多方位營銷（SMS，電子郵件，社交和網絡）。
優惠不可兌換現⾦或其他產品，並不可退款。優惠不可與其他推廣優惠或禮券⼀併使⽤。
因使用優惠（包括但不限於直接或間接）而造成的損失或破壞，或人身傷害，美國運通概不負責，法律規定之責任除外。
美國運通及Xgate保留隨時修改本條款及細則、暫停或終止本優惠而毋須事先通知之權利。
如有任何爭議，美國運通及Xgate保留最終的決定權。
若本條款及細則的中文與英文版本之間有任何歧義之處，應以英文版本為準。
