Membership and privileges are unique to Club Timberland Program membership and for personal and individual consumption only; products purchased using membership discounts shall not be resold. Membership and privileges are not assignable or transferable to any other person. GMG Sports SEA Pte Ltd (“GMG”) reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Club Timberland Program membership including any memberships and privileges if GMG believes in its sole discretion that members have breached the terms and conditions or otherwise misused or abused. GMG reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. By continued participation in this membership, members will be deemed to have accepted and shall be bound to any such changes, amendments, revisions, supplements, deletions, variations or additions, which may be published in Timberland Singapore website. Any termination, postponement, suspension, amendment or variation of the Club Timberland Program membership terms and conditions shall not entitle any members to any claims or compensation from GMG for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by that member, whether directly or indirectly caused. You must periodically review the most up to date terms and conditions and the latest terms and conditions is available in Timberland Singapore website.
