“CASIO Authorized Online Flagship Store Anniversary Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions:
1. “CASIO Authorized Online Flagship Store Anniversary Lucky Draw” (“Lucky Draw”) is available from Nov 16, 2021 – Jan 16, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Lucky Draw period is available from Nov 16, 2021 (start at 00:00) – Jan 16, 2022 (end at 23:59) (“Lucky Draw Period”) and is determined based on the time record of the system of the Lucky Draw’s system.
2. Only members who registered at CASIO Authorized Online Flagship Store (
https://shopcasio.jebsen.com/en/customer/account/create/) operated by Jebsen Consumer Products Co. Ltd. can participate in the Lucky Draw. Employees of Jebsen Group are not permitted to participate in the membership programme. For new members, applicants must complete all compulsory fields in the application form in full and provide true and accurate information to apply for membership.
3. Members can earn token from below actions to participate in the Lucky Draw. Each token allows members to conduct lucky draw once.
3.1 Within the promotion period, each member is entitled to earn 3 tokens upon the first login to Lucky Draw campaign site.
3.2 Within the promotion period, each member can share the Lucky Draw through WhatsApp based on the instructions stated in the Lucky Draw campaign site. Each member can only earn 1 token through sharing the Lucky Draw, maximum earn 3 tokens.
4. Each time conducting lucky draw may get 1 piece of prize. The prize could be CASIO Authorized Online Flagship Store products (Appendix 4), CASIO Authorized Online Flagship Store coupons, member points, or the message of “Thank you for your participation”.
5. Each prize is non-transferable, not for sale, not include warranty, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash or any other items.
6. To obtain the Lucky Draw prize, membership of participants must be valid during the Promotion Period and when the Lucky Draw prize is presented.
7. The completion of event and lucky draw information will be published both SingTao Daily and The Standard on Jan 21, 2022.
8. A winning notice of CASIO Authorized Online Flagship Store products (Appendix 4) will be sent to the winning Participants by email provided by the members in registration within 5 working days.
- To redeem product prize, winning participants need to present the winning notice and membership through CASIO Authorized Online Flagship Store.
- Member points will be updated to member’s account instantly.
- Member points shall be subject to the additional terms and conditions set out in the Winning Notice.
No notice will be given to other Participants.

10. Complimentary CASIO Authorized Online Flagship Store products or coupon not claimed within the redemption period (Nov 16, 2021 – Feb 28, 2022) specified in the Winning Notice, or used in accordance with any terms and conditions stated on the Website may be forfeited without notice or compensation.
11. Jebsen Consumer Products Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found or suspected of taking part in the Lucky Draw using a false identity or attempting to use any program to influence the Lucky Draw process or results. The Company also reserves the right to recover damages or other compensation from such person.
12. The Company shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage (whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise and whether directly or indirectly) from or in connection with the Lucky Draw; any error in computing any chance; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party.
13. The Company shall not be responsible for any failure to notify any winner, whether such failure is caused by the Company's negligence or otherwise or by any human error.
14. The Company reserves the rights to exclude employees of Jebsen Group, or persons who are engaged in the administration, development, production or distribution of the Lucky Draw to participate in the Lucky Draw or to be awarded any prize.
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of the Company which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of disputes, the Company reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this Lucky Draw.
16. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.

「CASIO授權網上旗艦店周年大抽獎」條款及細則：
1. 「CASIO授權網上旗艦店周年大抽獎」(「抽獎活動」) 的推廣期由2021年11月16日起至2022年1月16日止，首尾兩天包括在內（「推廣期」）。抽獎期由2021年11月16日 （00:00開始）至 2022年1月16日 （23:59結束）（「抽獎期」），時間以抽獎活動系統為準。
2. 抽獎活動適用於所有成功於由捷成消費品有限公司 (Jebsen Consumer Products Company Limited) 所營運的CASIO授權網上旗艦商店(
https://shopcasio.jebsen.com/tc/customer/account/create/) 登記賬戶的會員，而捷成集團員工均不納入於會員獎賞計劃內。新會員需填妥註冊表格上必須填寫的項目且提供真實而準確的資料，方可成功登記成為會員。
3. 會員可透過進行以下活動賺取代幣進行抽獎，而每個代幣則可進行抽獎乙次。
3.1 推廣期間每位會員首次登入抽獎活動可獲3個代幣。
3.2 每位會員於整個推廣期內可在抽獎活動，根據遊戲指示透過WhatsApp把推廣活動分享，每分享一次可獲一個代幣，最多可獲三個代幣。
4. 每次抽獎最多可能獲取獎賞一份。每次小遊戲的獎賞為CASIO授權網上旗艦店產品 （附件四）、CASIO授權網上旗艦店購物禮券或會員積分或「多謝參加」字樣。
5. 不論任何原因，所有獎賞不能轉讓他人、不能兌換現金、找贖或退款、不包含保養、不能退換。
6. 抽獎獎品只適用於推廣期至給予抽獎獎品期間，會員之有關會員賬戶仍然維持有效，方可獲得獎賞。
7. 活動的完結聲明及有關抽獎活動的資訊將於2022年1月21日於星島日報及英文虎報刊登。
8. CASIO授權網上旗艦店產品（附件四）得獎通知將於5個工作天內以電郵方式送遞到得獎者申請成為會員時所遞交的電郵地址。
- 換領CASIO授權網上旗艦店產品時，得獎者需出示得獎通知電郵及於CASIO授權網上旗艦店登入會員賬戶。
- 會員積分將即時添加至會員帳戶。
- 使用積分時必須遵守列於得獎通知的條款及細則。
其餘參與者不會另行通知。

11. 如參加者被確認或涉嫌以虛假、偽冒身份參加抽獎活動或使用任何程式欺騙結果，捷成消費品有限公司 (「本公司」) 有權取消其參加資格。本公司保留一切法律權利，向有關參加者追討損害賠償或其他補償。
12. 本公司均不會對任何人士就有關是次抽獎活動而引致的任何損失或損壞(不論是否因本公司的疏忽或其他原因所致及不論直接或間接所致)而負責；因未能接收或處理參加通知而引致的任何損失或損壞；任何計算機會的失誤；任何電腦、通訊或設施的失誤或不正常的運作；任何由第三方所提供的不足或不合規格服務。
13. 本公司不會對任何未能通知得獎者的失誤負責，不論此等失誤是否因本公司的疏忽或其他原因或任何人為錯誤所致。
14. 本公司保留取消捷成集團員工以及參與是次抽獎活動的統籌、發展、製作或發行的任何人士參加是次抽獎活動的資格或獲頒發任何獎品之權利。

16. 本條款及細則的中英文版本如有歧義，概以英文版本為準。
